The role will oversee funder-facing products, broad-based donor communications, stewardship strategies, prospect engagement, and communications workflows. The successful candidate will supervise a team of two and work closely with Philanthropic Partnerships, program communications, leadership, and other Marketing and Communications teams.

Lead individualized stewardship plans and cultivation strategies for high-priority funders and prospects while preparing leadership and program teams for important funder meetings.

Prospect Engagement
Develop campaigns and engagement pathways that expand ClimateWorks' philanthropic pipeline and connect the organization with new-to-climate funders.

Team Leadership
Supervise two donor relations staff, manage workload and capacity, coordinate active projects, and maintain efficient communications workflows.

Cross-Team Collaboration
Serve as an operational liaison between Donor Communications and Philanthropic Partnerships while collaborating across communications, events, creative, and program teams.

  • Excellent writing and editorial skills.
  • Experience translating complex strategies into compelling funder-facing materials.
