About Aridzone Sustainability Management Consulting
Aridzone Sustainability Management Consulting is expanding its UAE team and is seeking a Senior ESG Analyst / Sustainability Consultant to support clients across ESG reporting, sustainability advisory, ESG data management and project delivery.
This hybrid opportunity is designed for an experienced ESG professional who understands the UAE and wider GCC sustainability landscape and is confident working directly with clients.
UAE/GCC ESG experience is preferred.
The Opportunity
As a Senior ESG Analyst / Sustainability Consultant, you will contribute across three core areas: ESG reporting and advisory, ESG data management, and client and project management.
You will also have the opportunity to develop specialized expertise and gradually take ownership of projects, workstreams and client relationships.
ESG Reporting & Advisory | 50%
You will support the development and delivery of ESG and sustainability advisory projects, including:
- Developing ESG and Sustainability Reports
- Working with GRI, SASB, CSRD, IFRS S1 & S2, ADX, DFM and GCC ESG requirements
- Conducting double materiality assessments and ESG gap assessments
- Collecting, reviewing and validating ESG data
- Supporting stakeholder engagement and workshops
- Working with CDP, UN Global Compact and EcoVadis requirements
- Supporting GHG accounting and Scope 3 emissions assessments
- Conducting ESG due diligence and technical research
- Gradually taking independent ownership of ESG workstreams
ESG Data Management | 30%
You will also support Aridzone's online ESG data collection platform by:
- Onboarding clients and supporting platform setup
- Conducting platform demonstrations and training sessions
- Providing ongoing support to clients and data owners
- Reviewing ESG data quality, accuracy and completeness
- Translating ESG reporting requirements into practical data points and workflows
Client & Project Management | 20%
The role will also involve direct involvement in client and project delivery, including:
- Attending client meetings and presenting findings
- Coordinating stakeholders, deliverables and project timelines
- Supporting effective client communication
- Gradually taking ownership of client relationships

Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
Core Qualifications
- Strong experience in ESG reporting and sustainability advisory
- Knowledge of GRI, IFRS S1 & S2, SASB, ADX, DFM and GCC ESG requirements
- Strong analytical and ESG data management skills
- Experience working directly with clients and stakeholders
- The ability to take ownership of assignments and work independently
- Current residence in the UAE
- UAE or GCC ESG experience, preferably

Arabic ESG Experience
Arabic ESG experience is a strong advantage.
Preference will be given to candidates who have written Arabic ESG or Sustainability Reports or who can deliver ESG advisory services, workshops and stakeholder engagement in Arabic.
