Serve as a trusted adviser to PRI leadership and regional teams
Translate complex developments into clear, decision-useful insights
Spokesperson & External Engagement
Represent PRI at events, in the media, and in high-level engagements

Market Intelligence & Horizon Scanning

Core Requirements
Advanced education in sociology, human geography, anthropology, labour economics, behavioural economics, or related fields
Extensive experience in social and human rights issues within investment, business, or responsible investment contexts
Recognised credibility as a senior expert
Strategic Capabilities
Strong systems thinking and ability to connect complex issues
Experience translating global trends into practical organisational direction
Stakeholder & Communication Skills
Proven ability to build relationships across sectors
Excellent written, verbal, and spokesperson capabilities
Leadership & Collaboration
Experience working across multidisciplinary teams
Ability to coach, mentor, and develop colleagues
