What You'll Do
ESG Strategy & Leadership
Lead the firm's responsible investment program
Develop and implement ESG strategies across investment activities
Establish ESG priorities that align with the organization's investment objectives
Drive ESG integration across the entire investment lifecycle
Investment Decision Support
Ensure ESG considerations are incorporated into investment analysis
Support investment teams in evaluating environmental and social risks
Strengthen ESG due diligence processes
Provide ESG insights that support better investment decisions
Portfolio Management
Advise portfolio companies on ESG implementation
Monitor ESG performance across investment portfolios
Identify opportunities for long-term value creation
Support ESG improvements across multiple sectors
Reporting & Compliance
Oversee ESG reporting processes
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and international standards
Support investor reporting requirements
Maintain strong governance and risk management practices
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with fund managers and portfolio companies
Provide strategic ESG guidance to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements
Core Qualifications
Minimum of 15 years of professional experience
Extensive experience in development finance or ESG consulting for financial institutions
Strong background in responsible investment and sustainable finance
Technical Expertise
Deep understanding of ESG integration within investment processes
Knowledge of international ESG standards and frameworks
Experience across multiple industries and sectors
Strong understanding of ESG risk management and regulatory compliance
