Regulatory Strategy & Advocacy
Lead engagement with:
- Regional Transmission Organizations (RTOs)
- Public Utility Commissions (PUCs)
- State legislatures
Market Design Influence
Shape rules around:
- Transmission & interconnection
- Resource adequacy (RA)
- ELCC (Effective Load Carrying Capability)
- Long-duration storage
High-Stakes Representation
Represent Antora in:
- FERC proceedings
- RTO stakeholder processes
- Legislative discussions
Commercial Alignment
Work directly with business teams to ensure:
- Products are properly valued
- Customers are willing to pay for them
Coalition Building
Partner with:
- Industry groups
- Other clean energy players
- Policy stakeholders
What You Need
Core Experience
8–12+ years in:
- Grid policy
- Transmission
- Interconnection
- Resource adequacy
Proven Track Record
You’ve:
- Led regulatory advocacy
- Influenced decisions in RTOs, ISOs, or FERC
- Navigated complex policy environments
Communication
Ability to translate: Technical reality → Policy language → Political outcomes
Bonus Power Moves
- Experience with energy storage procurement
