About Technimark

Technimark is a global manufacturing company specializing in precision injection molding, complex assembly, and contract manufacturing for the healthcare, consumer packaging, and specialty industrial markets. Its operations span a global manufacturing network, with sustainability integrated into its business strategy and product development.

Technimark's sustainability strategy is organized around three pillars: People, Planet, and Product, supported by 2030 goals covering climate, waste, water, circularity, sustainable product design, and responsible business practices.

The company has also made measurable progress on its sustainability agenda. Its 2025 Sustainability Brief reports a 32% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions from its 2021 baseline, a 20% reduction in targeted Scope 3 emissions, and an 86% waste diversion rate across its manufacturing sites.

The Opportunity

Technimark is seeking a Data Analyst - Sustainability to join its global sustainability team and help strengthen the systems, processes, and analytics behind its sustainability strategy.

This is not simply a conventional data analyst position with "sustainability" added to the title.

The successful candidate will sit at the intersection of data analytics, sustainability reporting, greenhouse gas accounting, manufacturing, and business intelligence.

You will help ensure that sustainability data is accurate, reliable, accessible, and useful for decision-making across the organization.

The role will involve working with multiple ERP systems, third-party sustainability platforms, reporting tools, and large datasets to support GHG accounting, sustainability disclosures, Product Carbon Footprinting, customer sustainability requirements, and sustainability performance analysis.

What You'll Do

Sustainability Data & Reporting

Support the collection, management, validation, reconciliation, and analysis of sustainability data across Technimark's global operations.

Help maintain the integrity and availability of data used for sustainability reporting and performance measurement.

GHG Accounting & Climate Data

Support greenhouse gas accounting and analysis across Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions.

Help improve the quality and reliability of emissions data as Technimark progresses toward its science-based climate targets.

Technimark's current targets include reducing Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 42% from a 2021 baseline by 2030 and targeted Scope 3 emissions by 30% by 2032.

Data Systems & Infrastructure

Support the administration and continuous improvement of sustainability data systems.

Work across ERP platforms, sustainability software, relational databases, reporting platforms, and other data sources.

Identify opportunities to improve data flows, automate processes, and strengthen data governance.

Analytics & Visualization

Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that transform complex sustainability datasets into actionable business insights.

Use tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and SQL to analyze sustainability performance.

Product Sustainability

Support Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) initiatives and customer sustainability data requirements.

Contribute to analysis involving Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and product-level environmental performance where applicable.

Work with sustainability, finance, supply chain, operations, IT, manufacturing, and other teams to improve sustainability data quality and reporting processes.

Requirements

Core Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.

Why This Role Matters

Sustainability increasingly depends on the quality of the data behind it.

Targets cannot be managed without reliable measurements. GHG inventories cannot be credible without accurate activity data. Product carbon footprints cannot be calculated effectively without robust product and supply-chain information.

That makes sustainability data analysts increasingly important to corporate sustainability teams.

At Technimark, the role has a particularly direct connection to business performance. The company operates in plastics, packaging, healthcare manufacturing, and recycling, while pursuing targets covering emissions reduction, waste diversion, recycled materials, water stewardship, and sustainable product design.

For someone looking to build a career at the intersection of data, ESG, climate accounting, and industrial sustainability, this role offers exposure to exactly the kind of infrastructure increasingly required to turn sustainability commitments into measurable performance.
