What You’ll Do

Leadership & Team Management

Lead teams of researchers and analysts
Delegate tasks and ensure delivery against deadlines
Mentor and support junior team members


Strategy & Planning

Develop sustainability reporting and project strategies
Prioritize issues across ESG themes
Align execution with client goals and frameworks


Research & Analysis

Conduct deep research across:
Climate change
Biodiversity
Renewable energy
Circular economy

Translate complexity into structured insights


Project Design & Implementation

Design sustainability reports and initiatives
Balance cost, impact, feasibility, and compliance
Turn ideas into actionable programs


Monitoring & Evaluation

Track project performance and outcomes
Identify gaps and improvement areas
Report progress to senior leadership


Stakeholder Engagement

Work with:
Policymakers
NGOs
Businesses
Local communities

Build alignment across diverse interests


Resource & Performance Management

Allocate team resources efficiently
Ensure productivity and project success


What They’re Looking For

A sustainability professional who can think, lead, and deliver.

Core requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field
4–6 years of relevant experience
Strong data analysis and reporting capability
Ability to work with large datasets

Master’s degree in a sustainability-related field
Experience in ESG consulting or reporting
Strong stakeholder management experience
