THE OPPORTUNITY
This role sits at the core of sustainability execution.
You are not writing reports for the sake of optics. You are ensuring that sustainability commitments actually hold under regulatory scrutiny.
THE ROLE
You will:
Lead sustainability compliance programs across operations.
Ensure alignment with environmental regulations and reporting standards.
Develop and manage greenhouse gas tracking and reporting systems.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, legal, and policy teams.
Translate regulatory requirements into operational processes.
Support sustainability disclosures and external reporting.
Drive continuous improvement in environmental performance.
WHAT THEY’RE LOOKING FOR
Strong experience in sustainability, environmental compliance, or ESG programs.
Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
Project management experience across cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience translating technical or regulatory requirements into execution.
PREFERRED BACKGROUND
Experience in mobility, energy, or large-scale infrastructure systems.
Familiarity with climate reporting frameworks and lifecycle analysis.
Experience working with regulators, governments, or NGOs.
COMPENSATION
Salary: £88,000 – £92,500
