Sirocco is a specialist sustainability consultancy helping organisations build climate resilience and transition toward a low-carbon future. With a data-first mindset and a pragmatic consulting approach, the firm works across industries to translate complex environmental challenges into clear, actionable strategies.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on, data-centric role embedded in client delivery.

As a Sustainability Data Analyst, you will sit at the core of emissions analysis and climate risk modelling work. You will not just process data. You will turn it into strategy, insight, and measurable impact.

What You’ll Do:

Emissions & Carbon Data
Own carbon footprinting processes across Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions.
Manage carbon data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with industry standards.
Support data-driven decarbonisation planning and strategy development.

Climate Risk & Modelling
Contribute to climate risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
Work with proprietary models to analyse risks across entire value chains.
Support the evolution of internal climate risk methodologies.

Data Management & Analysis
Interpret, clean, and manage complex datasets of varying quality.
Produce clear, structured outputs for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Maintain strong data governance practices.

Client Delivery & Business Support
Collaborate with internal teams and support consulting engagements.
Contribute to proposals and business development activities.
Adapt to evolving client needs in a fast-growing consultancy environment.

About You:

You understand that good data is only valuable if it drives decisions.

To succeed, you:

Have 2–4 years of experience in climate or carbon-focused data roles

Bring hands-on experience in carbon accounting and emissions measurement

Have strong Excel and data management skills

Can manage multiple projects independently while staying aligned with teams

Bring a genuine passion for climate action paired with practical delivery focus

Why Join Sirocco?

This is not a back-office analytics role. It is a front-line position in climate consulting.
