About the Role:
This role sits at the core of impact integrity.
As Impact Associate, you will ensure that investment decisions are not just financially sound but also environmentally and socially credible.
In this role, you will:
Lead and challenge impact analysis and ESG due diligence for new investments.
Coordinate impact committee processes and discussions.
Manage the full impact reporting cycle, including data collection, analysis, and report writing.
Engage portfolio companies to strengthen their ESG and impact practices.
Provide hands-on support to improve impact measurement systems.
Drive internal knowledge sharing through deep dives, learning sessions, and ecosystem communication.
About You:
You are analytical, structured, and mission-driven.
You care about impact, but you also care about how it is measured, validated, and improved.
To succeed in this role, you:
Have 2 to 3 years of experience in impact measurement, ESG, or sustainability.
Bring experience from consulting, finance, or a related environment.
Understand impact and ESG frameworks, with familiarity in EU regulations such as SFDR as a plus.
Possess strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Are curious about climate and nature-focused technologies.
Are fluent in both Dutch and English (minimum C1 Dutch required).
