This role sits at the core of its Climate Change & Sustainability practice, where strategy meets execution across real economies.
Technical Leadership & Project Delivery
You will lead consulting assignments across climate change, renewable energy, climate finance, and natural resource management.
This is hands-on leadership. You are expected to deliver high-quality outputs, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure solutions are practical, not theoretical.
Business Development & Growth
Consulting runs on pipeline. You will identify opportunities, contribute to proposals, and help win new work.
Strong performers in this role do not just deliver projects. They actively shape the firm’s growth trajectory.
Research & Knowledge Leadership
You will lead research and produce reports, policy briefs, and technical content that influence decision-making.

Key Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s in climate, sustainability, energy, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Experience: 8+ years in climate, sustainability, or related sectors
- Consulting Exposure: Minimum 3 years in advisory or consulting roles
- Core Expertise: Climate finance, renewable energy, sustainability strategy, or natural resource management
- Business Skills: Proposal writing, client engagement, and project delivery
Core Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- High-quality report writing and presentation skills
- Stakeholder management across public and private sectors
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
