About the Role:
This is a strategy-meets-execution role.
As Project Manager within the U.S. Electricity team, you will drive grantmaking, stakeholder coordination, and policy-focused program delivery aimed at accelerating emissions reductions in the power sector.
In this role, you will:
Lead execution of strategic initiatives focused on electricity sector decarbonization.
Manage grantmaking processes, including partner coordination and performance tracking.
Work with policymakers, NGOs, and technical experts to advance high-impact climate policies.
Support development of strategy, implementation plans, and measurable outcomes.
Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment.
Track progress, risks, and opportunities across ongoing projects.
Contribute to reporting, insights, and continuous improvement of initiatives.
About You:
You are structured, mission-driven, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
You know how to move complex initiatives forward across multiple stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you:
Have experience in project management, policy, climate, or energy-related work.
Understand the power sector, energy policy, or decarbonization strategies.
Are highly organized and capable of managing multiple workstreams.
Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.
Are comfortable working in fast-paced, high-impact environments.
Bring a strong sense of ownership and execution discipline.
