About the Role:
This role is where sustainability strategy meets execution.
As Sustainability Performance & Engagement Manager, you will act as a bridge between regulatory requirements, internal operations, and cultural transformation. You will not just report impact. You will shape how sustainability is understood, embedded, and lived across the organization.
What You’ll Do:
Sustainability Reporting & Impact Disclosure
Lead ESG reporting and disclosures, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and alignment with Kering standards and regulatory frameworks.
Drive improvements in data quality, reporting systems, and governance processes.
Support Digital Product Passport readiness and sustainability data infrastructure.
Sustainability Regulations & Governance
Monitor evolving sustainability regulations and translate them into actionable business frameworks.
Identify compliance gaps and coordinate cross-functional implementation strategies.
Sustainability Engagement & Culture Building
Design and deliver training, onboarding, and awareness programs across the organization.
Lead internal communications and campaigns to strengthen sustainability culture.
Drive change management initiatives that embed sustainability into everyday decision-making.
Retail & Client Engagement
Equip global retail teams with tools and knowledge to communicate sustainability effectively.
Enhance client engagement by integrating sustainability into the customer experience.
Gather insights to refine storytelling and communication strategies.
Sustainable Events
Embed sustainability into fashion shows and brand events.
Guide material selection, circularity solutions, and environmental impact reduction.
Measure and report environmental impact, including greenhouse gas emissions.
Strategic Influence
Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to shape sustainability priorities.
Represent sustainability in internal forums and drive alignment across the business.
About You:
You operate comfortably between strategy and execution.
You understand that sustainability is both a compliance function and a cultural shift.
To succeed, you:
Have 7–10 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, or environmental management.
Bring strong expertise in ESG reporting, disclosures, and regulatory frameworks.
Can translate complex sustainability requirements into clear business actions.
Have experience leading cross-functional initiatives in international environments.
Are confident engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
Possess strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Are fluent in English. Italian is a plus.
