This role sits at the nerve center of sustainability execution.

You will take sustainability ambition and convert it into behavior across the business. Into dashboards. Into decisions. Into daily habits.
THE ROLE
You will enable sustainability across the organization through engagement, reporting, and capability building.
You will:
Partner with business teams to manage sustainability data and track performance.
Drive adoption of sustainable practices by embedding accountability mechanisms.
Develop internal and external sustainability communications and thought leadership.
Translate sustainability strategy into clear reports, presentations, and insights.
Prepare executive and Board-level reporting.
Create practical tools and frameworks to help teams integrate sustainability into operations.
Support broader sustainability team initiatives and planning activities.

You are a translator between strategy and execution.
You likely have:
A degree in sustainability, environmental studies, communications, business, or related field.
Experience in sustainability, ESG, or corporate communications.
Exposure to financial services or regulated environments is a strong advantage.
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
Ability to create executive-ready presentations and reports.
A practical mindset that converts strategy into action.
Strong organization and multitasking capability.
