Contract: Full-Time
About the Company:
Weatherford operates at the heart of the global energy system.
This is not a lightweight sustainability environment.
It is a high-pressure, regulation-heavy, operationally complex ecosystem where ESG must work in real time.
They are actively repositioning toward:
- digital solutions
- operational efficiency
- energy transition alignment
Which means sustainability is no longer optional. It is operational infrastructure.
About the Role:
This is where ESG meets supply chain reality.
Not strategy decks.
Not high-level policy.

What They’re Looking For:
- 2 to 3 years experience in:
- Supply chain
- ESG
- Sustainability reporting
- Knowledge of ESG frameworks and regulatory requirements
- Experience with supplier risk tools (Sphera, HICX, Avetta, ISN is a plus)
- Strong coordination and stakeholder engagement skills
- Solid Excel, PowerPoint, and data handling capability
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a global environment
Why This Role Matters:
Let’s not sugarcoat it.
Supply chains are where most ESG commitments fail or succeed.

- operational sustainability
This is the hardest layer of ESG to fix.
Which means it is also where the highest value professionals are built.
