About the Role:
The Innovation & Sustainability Analyst will support evidence-based advocacy for the wind energy sector across Europe.
You will turn data into policy influence, helping shape how wind energy evolves under EU sustainability and innovation frameworks.
Think of this as where analytics meets climate policy lobbying and industry transformation.
What You’ll Do:
Data & Policy Analysis
- Conduct data-driven analysis on circular economy trends in wind energy
- Track EU funding flows into renewable energy innovation
- Support evidence generation for policy and regulatory advocacy
Innovation & Sustainability Strategy
- Support development of sustainability tools and frameworks
- Contribute to EU-funded innovation and research projects
- Identify trends shaping wind energy sustainability
Stakeholder & Member Engagement
- Work with industry members across the wind value chain
- Collaborate with internal market intelligence and communications teams
- Support data reporting and visualization efforts
Communication & Advocacy
- Translate complex data into policy-ready insights
- Support communication materials for EU stakeholders
- Contribute to reports and strategic publications
Who They’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years experience in research, consultancy, or trade associations
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or data visualization tools is a plus
- Strong writing and communication ability
- Interest in renewable energy policy and sustainability systems
