Role Summary
This role sits at the top of operational safety and environmental control across a multi-asset real estate portfolio.
You are not managing incidents.
You are designing the system that prevents them at scale.
Across facilities, managed properties, and construction sites, your mandate is simple and unforgiving:
nothing unsafe becomes normal.
What You’ll Lead
1. Enterprise HSE Strategy
- Define and execute company-wide HSE strategy
- Embed a strong, visible safety culture across all operations
- Align HSE performance with business objectives
2. Risk Management & Compliance
- Lead risk identification, assessment, and mitigation frameworks
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards
- Drive ISO-aligned systems and audit readiness
3. Multi-Site Operational Oversight
- Oversee HSE across diverse facilities and construction environments
- Standardize safety practices across multiple sites
- Ensure consistent execution in complex operational settings
4. Environmental & Sustainability Performance
- Integrate environmental sustainability into operations
- Improve environmental performance across assets
- Align with evolving environmental standards and expectations
Candidate Profile
Experience
- Minimum 15 years in HSE and Facilities Management
- At least 5 years in a managerial role
Certifications
- NEBOSH IGC
- IOSH
- ISPON
- ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certification is an advantage
