About the Role:
This role sits inside the EU funding and public-sector business development system.
You are not just writing proposals.
You are helping secure and structure multi-country EU-funded programmes that power social innovation across the world.
This is a hybrid of:
- grant strategy
- donor intelligence
- proposal writing
- programme operations
In simple terms:
you convert policy funding into operational impact programmes.
What You’ll Do:
EU Proposal Development (Core Function)
- Draft and coordinate EU funding proposals
- Manage submission processes and compliance requirements
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners
- Ensure alignment with Impact Hub strategy and donor expectations
Donor & Stakeholder Coordination
- Engage with EU funding ecosystems and partners
- Support partnership development for consortium bids
- Align multiple stakeholders across countries and hubs
Programme & Systems Support
- Maintain proposal databases and documentation systems
- Support tracking tools (e.g., pipelines and internal boards)
- Assist in financial and administrative processes for EU programmes
Knowledge & Capacity Building
- Prepare reusable proposal content and resources
- Support internal learning and documentation systems
- Improve efficiency of EU fundraising workflows
Who They’re Looking For:
- Experience in EU funding, grants, or donor programmes
- Strong proposal writing and coordination skills
- Familiarity with international development or social innovation ecosystems
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders
- Strong administrative and communication capability
- Experience with EU-funded projects is an advantage
