About the Role:
This is an investment-embedded ESG leadership role.
You are not writing reports after the fact.
You are influencing decisions before capital is deployed.
That puts you directly in the flow of:
- deal structuring
- risk assessment
- impact validation
What You’ll Do:
ESG Strategy & Integration
- Lead ESG implementation across the full investment lifecycle
- Embed ESG into due diligence and investment screening
- Align investments with global sustainability standards
Impact Measurement & Reporting
- Develop ESG KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Oversee data collection and impact measurement
- Align with standards such as GRI and TCFD
Investment Support
- Support deal teams with ESG risk and opportunity analysis
- Integrate ESG into investment decision-making
- Strengthen sustainability-linked structuring
Portfolio Monitoring
- Track ESG performance across portfolio companies
- Ensure compliance with environmental and social safeguards
- Drive continuous ESG improvements
Stakeholder Engagement
- Interface with investors, DFIs, and partners
- Communicate ESG performance and impact results
- Support thought leadership initiatives
What They’re Looking For:
- ESG experience in private equity, infrastructure, or climate finance
- Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks and reporting standards
- Ability to connect sustainability with investment outcomes
- Strong analytical and communication skills
