What You’ll Do:
Sustainability Enablement & Training
- Design and deliver internal ESG training across business units
- Equip sales and customer teams with sustainability messaging and tools
- Drive adoption of ESG practices internally
ESG Communications & Narrative
- Shape Oracle’s sustainability storytelling and external positioning
- Support sustainability reports and disclosures
- Translate technical environmental topics into clear, usable insights
Stakeholder & Market Engagement
- Interface with customers, partners, and external stakeholders
- Address ESG concerns tied to data centers and infrastructure
- Strengthen Oracle’s “net positive” narrative
Program & Change Management
- Lead cross-functional sustainability initiatives
- Execute engagement campaigns across global teams
- Align ESG efforts with business strategy and growth
Data & Insight Translation
- Analyze sustainability data for performance gaps
- Turn insights into targets and actionable recommendations
- Support reporting aligned with frameworks like GRI, CDP, TCFD, ESRS
What They’re Looking For:
- 6 to 8 years in ESG, sustainability, or CSR roles
- Strong storytelling and communication skills
- Experience in program management and cross-functional leadership
- Ability to simplify complex environmental topics
- Background in employee engagement or change management
- Understanding of ESG reporting frameworks
- Bonus: data center sustainability or enterprise tech exposure
