About the Role:
American Tower is hiring a Manager, Sustainability, Social Impact and Reporting to strengthen its global sustainability execution across multiple markets.
This role sits at the intersection of corporate sustainability, social impact programming, and ESG reporting, with a strong emphasis on scaling digital community initiatives and ensuring global transparency in reporting systems.
You are not just tracking sustainability performance. You are coordinating how it is delivered, measured, and communicated across global operations.
What You’ll Do:
Digital Communities & Social Impact
- Support planning and execution of Digital Communities Program
- Scale global volunteering and social impact initiatives
- Collaborate with business units, customers, and communities
- Identify opportunities to expand sustainability programs
Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage internal and external stakeholders including governments, customers, and industry groups
- Support sustainability alignment with policy and industry agendas
- Work with public affairs and external partners on ESG priorities
Program & Project Management
- Manage cross-market sustainability projects
- Ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and measurable outcomes
- Track program performance and operational efficiency
- Oversee outsourced partners and service providers
Reporting & Compliance
- Support global sustainability reporting and data collection
- Contribute to transparency, assurance readiness, and ESG disclosures
- Ensure compliance with internal sustainability policies
- Support benchmarking and industry analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years in project/program management
- Experience in CSR, social impact, or sustainability preferred
- Strong stakeholder management across internal and external groups
- Excellent communication and executive presence
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple cross-functional programs
- Familiarity with sustainability frameworks and reporting standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
