About the Role:
Climate Action seeks an empathetic and organized Client Success Manager to drive exceptional client experiences for its portfolio of conferences and sustainability events. You will serve as the primary contact for partners, sponsors, and key stakeholders, ensuring that each engagement yields long‑term value and strategic alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead client communication from onboarding to post‑event follow‑up.
• Coordinate with event operations, marketing, and delivery teams.
• Monitor client satisfaction, resolve issues, and implement improvements.
• Support relationship development with sponsors and attendees.
